At Aquasure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home water solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Secure the Package

  Ensure all components and manuals are placed in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
